   <li><span itemprop="ingredients">4 cups of chicken broth homemade or store-bought, make sure it's Paleo-friendly</span></li>

   <li><span itemprop="ingredients">3 carrots, peeled and chopped</span></li>

   <li><span itemprop="ingredients">3 celery stalks, chopped</span></li>

   <li><span itemprop="ingredients">1 onion, finely chopped</span></li>

   <li><span itemprop="ingredients">3 cloves of garlic, minced</span></li>

   <li><span itemprop="ingredients">1 teaspoon of dried thyme</span></li>

   <li><span itemprop="ingredients">1 teaspoon of dried rosemary</span></li>

   <li><span itemprop="ingredients">1 bay leaf</span></li>

   <li><span itemprop="ingredients">Salt and black pepper to taste</span></li>

   <li><span itemprop="ingredients">2 tablespoons of olive oil</span></li>

  <h3>Instructions:</h3>

     <p><span itemprop="recipeInstructions">Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat</span></p>

   <p><span itemprop="recipeInstructions">Add chopped onions and garlic, saut until fragrant and onions are translucent</span></p>

   <p><span itemprop="recipeInstructions">Add chicken thighs and brown them on both sides for about 4-5 minutes per side</span></p>

   <p><span itemprop="recipeInstructions">Add carrots, celery, dried thyme, dried rosemary, bay leaf, salt, and black pepper to the pot</span></p>

   <p><span itemprop="recipeInstructions">Stir to combine</span></p>

   <p><span itemprop="recipeInstructions">Pour in the chicken broth and bring the mixture to a boil</span></p>

   <p><span itemprop="recipeInstructions">Reduce the heat to low, cover the pot, and simmer for 30-40 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and tender</span></p>

   <p><span itemprop="recipeInstructions">Remove the chicken thighs from the pot and shred the meat with two forks</span></p>

   <p><span itemprop="recipeInstructions">Discard the bones and skin</span></p>
