<li><span itemprop="ingredients">1/2 cup lump crab meat</span></li>
<li><span itemprop="ingredients">1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese</span></li>
<li><span itemprop="ingredients">1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce</span></li>
<li><span itemprop="ingredients">1 tsp garlic powder</span></li>
<li><span itemprop="ingredients">1/2 tsp onion powder</span></li>
<li><span itemprop="ingredients">1/4 tsp paprika</span></li>
<li><span itemprop="ingredients">Salt and pepper to taste</span></li>
<li><span itemprop="ingredients">Chopped fresh parsley for garnish</span></li>

<h3>Instructions:</h3>
<p><span itemprop="recipeInstructions">Warm the oven up to 190C 375F</span></p>
<p><span itemprop="recipeInstructions">Mix the crab meat, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl</span></p>
<p><span itemprop="recipeInstructions">Put the mixture in a baking dish and make sure it's spread out evenly</span></p>
<p><span itemprop="recipeInstructions">Put the dip in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until it's hot and bubbly</span></p>
