   <li><span itemprop="ingredients">Pinch of salt</span></li>

  <h3>Instructions:</h3>

     <p><span itemprop="recipeInstructions">Rinse cranberries under cold water and remove any stems or debris</span></p>

   <p><span itemprop="recipeInstructions">In the Instant Pot, combine cranberries, sugar, orange juice, water, orange zest, cinnamon, nutmeg, and a pinch of salt</span></p>

   <p><span itemprop="recipeInstructions">Close the lid, set the valve to sealing position, and select 'Manual' or 'Pressure Cook' for 5 minutes at high pressure</span></p>

   <p><span itemprop="recipeInstructions">Once the cooking cycle is complete, allow natural pressure release for 10 minutes, then quick release any remaining pressure</span></p>

   <p><span itemprop="recipeInstructions">Open the lid, stir the cranberry sauce, and let it cool to room temperature</span></p>

   <p><span itemprop="recipeInstructions">It will thicken as it cools</span></p>

   <p><span itemprop="recipeInstructions">Transfer the cranberry sauce to a serving dish, refrigerate until ready to serve</span></p>
